Are your products handmade?
Yes, each Michael Aram piece is handcrafted using age-old metalworking techniques. Because every item is finished by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike, making each one a unique work of art.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our customer service team to discuss specific shipping options and potential customs duties.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message which will be printed on a signature Michael Aram card and included in your shipment.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been handcrafted, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse.
