We take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Michael Aram gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned handcrafted goods, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
